JOB PROFILE

• Collect, analyze and document functional and business requirements from customers and share with the technical crew.
• Understanding the business process management, business customer needs and translate them into specific software requirements.
• Act as an interface between technology teams, business units and support teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
• Analyze customer needs and building workflow capabilities by studying the specifications of the system.
• Possess the ability to work with several projects simultaneously.
• Document IT business requirements and design the structure.
• Searching online to prepare business proposals and analyzing the customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent related field or experience.
• 4-8 years of Experience as business analyst in the IT field.
• Excellent communication and writing skills are must.
• Must have knowledge to manage large complex projects based on web applications and web services.

Candidate with passion for sales and marketing is required. Open to accept the challenges in sales and marketing.

The candidate must possess the following qualities:

• Must have good presentation and communication skills.
• The candidate must be willing to travel for 10-15 days in a month.
• Ready to sign one year bond.

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Ability to develop business relationship through "Above Line" or "Below Line" by building brand awareness and relationship with decision makers.
• Marketing & Sales of our products in nearby locations.
• Ability to identify issues in the product / market / customer needs and fill these gaps with customized solutions.
• Train distributors and other sales staff to achieve profitability / Deliver ROI for customers and also make their business viable.
• Liaise with exporters / domestic brands and processors

Desired Profile

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Good understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery.
• Good Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Bootstrap.
• Good understanding of CMS and web technologies.
• Knowledge of Opensource systems like Joomla, Wordpress and Magento.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen to learn new technologies.
• Quality obsessive, team player, quick learner, problem solver

• Candidate must have exposure to work in the export industry of woven garments.
• Sound knowledge of Garments thoroughly including Verification and Validation.
• Candidate would be responsible for buyer communication & system follow-ups.
• Must have decision power to take the corrective & preventive actions for the complaints.
• Monitoring and controlling all the quality issues from cutting to packing
• The candidate need to conduct the inspections in supplier units as per sampling plan
• Follow-up buyer
